Statement of Staff Beliefs:


We acknowledge that all students are unique individuals, but we will have consistent expectations for all students.

We will teach students our expectations for responsibility and appropriate behaviors throughout the school day.

We will reinforce positive behaviors by acknowledging them consistently.

We will view inappropriate behaviors as "teachable moments" and use these opportunities for guidance rather than punishment.

By working together with each other in the Schultz learning community, we believe we can make a difference in our students' lives.
 
POLICY UPDATE
The District's Policies and Administrative Guidelines under Section 504 were recently revised. An updated copy of the newly revised policies and procedures may be obtained on the District's website http://www.neola.com/delaware-oh/ under policy #2260.01.
