Department of Human and Material Resources
The Human and Material resources Department's mission is to recruit, select, hire, support and develop a team of staff members that will help our students learn and achieve in a safe, caring environment. We do this in collaboration with the principals and supervisors. They will help fulfill this mission by recruiting, selecting, hiring, developing and supporting staff that meet and exceed our standards.
As Executive Director of Human and Material Resources, the department provides many services for staff, such as overseeing all benefits, license renewal of our professional staff, resident educator program, local professional development committee, insurance committee, calendar committee, business operations, facilities, food service, school age child care (SACC), transportation, school safety, management and contract compliance of three collectively bargained agreements and liaison to community agencies. We are also the liaison to the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio Council of Governments.
