Child Check Information
Child Check is a free developmental screening for children from birth through age 5. Areas to be assessed include language, motor skills, and general concepts. Parents are also given the opportunity to provide a brief health history and fill out a questionnaire regarding their child’s social-emotional development and adaptive skills.
