During the school year, eligible Delaware County elementary and middle school students receive a backpack filled with food to ensure everyone in their family has enough to eat over the weekend. If your family qualifies for free or reduced lunches, and you'd like to enroll your child in the program, please contact your building counselor or call the FRC at (740) 833-1619.Pacer PantryChanges due to COVID-19. Please see "Pacer Pantry" page. The Pacer Pantry is a choice food pantry serving anyone in Delaware County. We offer shelf-stable food items and household supplies. You do not need to provide any kind of documentation prior to your visit.Diaper Bank

This program helps eligible AEP customers avoid service disconnection or get their electricity turned back on. Program does not pay for deposits or reconnect fees. This is a seasonal program.
