• Community Use of Facilities

     
    The Board of Education believes that district facilities should be made available for community use as long as the use does not interfere with educational programs of the district. Non-district groups and events are responsible for the costs associated with the use of facilities, so expenses are not passed along to Delaware tax payers or the community at large.Each building manages its own building calendar and facility requests. Questions regarding availability should be directed to the appropriate building where you wish to use a facility.

    All requests for facility use are to be completed online.

    Reservation requests will only be accepted and available for the following dates:

    September 15, 2023 to December 15, 2023

    January 15, 2024 to April 30, 2024

Please see the link below for a sample of the required certificate of liability insurance. Facility requests are to be submitted by the account holder using the second link below after an account has been created and approved.
