Student Registration Procedures

Student Registration is available online. All registration will be done via a computer, either over the web from your home or on systems at the central registry. Below are the steps for completing the Student Registration Online.
 
To enter kindergarten, students must have turned five years of age on or before August 1. Families can register students in two ways. They can complete an online registration process which is outlined below or they can come to the central registry between 8:30-3:30 Monday-Friday (appointment preferred) to complete the registration process. Both methods require families to provide documents at the time of registration (see the items listed below).
 
 
On-line Registration Steps
  1. Click the "Register Now" button below to begin the registration process.
  2. The final step in the registration process is to come in person to the Willis Education Center at 74 W. William St., Delaware, Ohio to present the required documents listed below.
Items you will need at the time of student registration include:
  1. Student's birth certificate as proof of age and birth date (must be original or certified, stamped copy).  Student must turn 5 years on or before August 1.
  2. Proof of residency - the following are accepted: original copy of a current gas, electric or water bill that has your name or your spouse's name and address, lease or rental agreement (signature copy, within the last 30 days), a settlement statement for a new home, deed or mortgage (must be followed up with first gas, water or electric bill within 30 days).
  3. Certified copy of custody order or divorce decree, along with shared parenting plan and separation agreement, if applicable, together with any modification in such order or decree.
  4. Immunization records as follows Download the Immunization Summary:

    **For students age 7 or older and who received Td or Tdap vaccine as the third part of the immunization series shall not be required to receive further doses of diphtheria, tetanus, or pertussis vaccine.  Grade 7 must have additional Tdap if one not received in past 5 years.    
                 
      NOTE: Varicella immunization for kindergarten students: Children who have had
    varicella (chickenpox) are exempt from the immunization. A statement from the parent/guardian or physician is acceptable to fulfill requirement. A valid immunization is one that is administered on or after the child's first birthday.

For those who wish to complete registration on-site (74 W. William Street), call the Administration Building for an appointment (hours are 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) and bring the appropriate items listed above.
